Position: Finance Assistant for Media Services Department

Job Type: Freelance (umowa zlecenie)

Expected Hours per Month: 165 +/- (flexible)

Location: [Warsaw, Mokotów] / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of all financial reports within the media team.

  • Manage and maintain financial data using Excel.

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth updates of internal media production systems.

  • Learn and utilize the NAVISION financial system.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required - we're looking for someone with a passion for numbers!

  • Proficiency in Polish and English languages

  • Advanced Excel skills - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.

  • Quickly grasping new system functionalities

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
