Booker's role within Bangkok Mixing Team is to help coordinators and the team leader with forecasting, and scheduling work with the engineer and support all administrative tasks related to that process.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of the Booking Department, including holiday planning
Control of the working quality of the team members
Introduction of new employees, including training, ex. Jsox, NAVI, EDMS, produb, Rightsline, AOR backlog
Coordination of recording and editing studios workflow, including working time of producers, directors, technicians, actors, and songwriters
Optimization of department costs
Control of Jsox - providing documentation, clarifying problematic issues (booking, reports), procedures keeping
Supervision over the necessary development and integration of production systems, e.g. EDMS + NAVI + TOPS Informing the production daily of planning adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances regarding the illness of actors, directors, technicians
Controlling the Session Reports and Booking
Daily hour processing of the past bookings, booking ending, checking and correcting hours, amounts, etc. in the system.
Attending Production and Technical meetings.
Thinking and working on the improvement of workflows.
Performing other position-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills and experience required:
Strong and consistent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with all internal and external members as required to assist in meeting our delivery fulfillment deadlines.
Able to provide a strong delivery with an eye for detail. Pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that deliverables quality, cost, and timing are on or ahead of standards and expectations.
Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each task.
Essential qualifications:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Must be able to work flexible hours.
Excellent command in English.
Fresh graduates are welcome!
