Role Summary

The Digital Creator Partner is a contract role that empowers YouTube creators, TikTok influencers, Multi-Channel Networks (MCNs), and digital storytellers to authentically connect with global audiences. Combining human creativity with Iyuno’s innovative AI-driven localization solutions, you'll strategically guide creators to expand their global presence, enhance audience engagement, and maximize monetization. This role requires consultative selling expertise, exceptional negotiation abilities, a solid understanding of the creator economy, and a passion for impactful global storytelling. 

Responsibilities:

Solution Selling & Business Development: 

  • Identify and target high-potential creators, MCNs, and digital influencers through strategic market research. 

  • Initiate and manage personalized outreach efforts via cold calling, social media prospecting, email campaigns, and networking. 

  • Employ consultative selling methods to align client objectives with tailored localization solutions. 

  • Leverage strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Iyuno. 

  • Utilize Iyuno’s internal analytics and guidance tools to present measurable international growth opportunities. 

  • Conduct engaging consultations and impactful demonstrations, clearly articulating the value and ROI of Iyuno's offerings. 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing lasting client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance. 

  • Efficiently manage and update client interactions and sales pipeline activities within Salesforce CRM. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Partner closely with marketing teams to enhance campaign effectiveness and client communications. 

  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and operational teams, translating client feedback into service enhancements. 

Market Analysis & Strategic Insights: 

  • Regularly monitor and analyze industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities. 

  • Provide senior leadership with strategic, data-driven insights to support informed decision-making. 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Sales Expertise: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record in consultative sales. 

  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, understanding of how to update records, track sales progress, and utilize CRM analytics. 

  • Creator Economy Insight: Knowledgeable about YouTube, TikTok, and digital influencer platforms, understanding monetization methods, audience analytics, and content localization. 

  • Product Knowledge: Understanding of localization solutions, including AI-driven technologies, to effectively communicate value propositions. 

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze sales performance data to refine strategies. 

  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to evolving market conditions, client feedback, and sales strategies. 

  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative spirit to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and departments. 

  • Time Management: Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects and leads simultaneously 

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant B2B sales experience, ideally within advertising, media, SaaS, or technology-driven industries. 

  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is a plus, enhancing the ability to engage effectively with diverse global markets. 

Salary Range:

$5,000 per month plus commission
