Media Operations 2nd Shift Supervisor

As the MES Operations Supervisor you will oversee 2nd shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient business functions, manage the staff, address dynamic changes in the supply chain to meet customer needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety/security standards. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, a positive customer experience, fostering a collaborative environment, and contributing to the organization's overall success. 

In this role you will report Directly to the Director of MES Poland. You will support the director by ensuring that 2nd Shift operations of the MES teams are capable of and executing their daily tasks, meeting both the client expectations and security requirements. In this role you may or may not have direct reports but will act with authority over the MES production teams in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Daily Operations:

Managing day-to-day activities, ensuring on-time - right the first-time production, and addressing any issues that can/will negatively impact the schedule, quality and customer experience. 

  • Optimizing Processes:

Identifying areas for improvement, escalate and contribute to streamlining the workflows and processes. Champion the implementation of new technologies or strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

  • Managing Resources:

Oversee budgets, allocate resources effectively to meet demand, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production. 

  • Ensuring Quality Control:

Necessitate required quality control measures, monitor service quality, escalate and address any quality issues that negatively impact our cost or customer satisfaction. 

  • Developing Strategies:

Contribute to the development of operational strategies, aligning them with overall company goals, and implementing them effectively. 

  • Leading Teams:

Motivate and supervise employees, provide guidance, support and career growth potential, ensure that team members have the tools, knowledge and skills to perform their role successfully. 

  • Improving Productivity:

Identify ways to increase productivity, escalate, define and implement strategies to improve efficiency.

  • Coordinating Cross-Functional Activities:

Work with MES hubs the client service and delivery teas to ensure that operations are running optimally and that all of the stakeholders are aligned. 

  • Ensuring Compliance:

Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensuring that all operations are in compliance with Iyuno regulation and policy. 

  • Analyzing Data:

Collect and analyze department data to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Budget Management:

Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensuring that operations are running within budget. 

  • Customer Service:

Ensuring that customers are receiving best in class service and that their needs are being met.
