Personal Assistant

This hybrid position is responsible for providing both administrative and personal support for a C-Suite Executive. This includes support for scheduling, personal errands, driving, planning meetings, travel, etc. The position requires someone who is highly motivated, patient, with a strong sense of urgency and excellent customer service skills. This role will support the executive both professionally and in their personal life.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinates schedules and confirms all meetings, reserve conference rooms and equipment and ensure the executives are prepared.

  • Drive executive as needed.

  • Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries and hotel accommodations.

  • Schedule personal appointments as need be.

  • Prepare paperwork for proper international travel documentation (including visas and passport renewals) and domestic/international travel expense reports.

  • Composes memos, correspondence, expense reports and other documents on behalf of the executives when needed.

  • Organize and plan events.

  • Schedule and prepare items for overnight delivery and courier pick-ups.

  • Organizes and maintains an efficient workflow system.

  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and other presentation materials.

  • Performs all general administrative duties, including typing, mail, photocopies, scanning documents, sending & receiving faxes, filing, etc.

  • Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Occasional travel required.

  • Run errands, both personal and business related as requested.

  • Perform other reasonable related duties, as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years supporting executive or comparable experience

  • Travel scheduling experience for International and Domestic

  • Entertainment industry preferred

  • College degree preferred

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; strong attention to detail

  • Superior organizational skills; ability to multi-task, collaborate, and prioritize

  • Ability to work well under time constraints.

  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle time sensitive material

  • Must have strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Bilingual in Korean (preferred)

  • $58,000/year-$72,000/year
