The role is part of the operations department and COO PMO. The Senior Project Manager plans and manages various internal projects from inception to utilization of resources, sets timelines and performs continuous oversight through to project delivery. Key to this position is being the main contact partner between internal clients and the business, adjusting plans within the internal workflow as needed while ensuring Iyuno’s company standards and internal client requirements are simultaneously met along the full life cycle of the project. Successful internal project management has a direct impact on the development and improvement of Iyuno’s operational processes, workflows and strategy.

Supporting Project Director on all internal project matters as required
Build and maintain relationships with internal clients – understanding their needs and managing projects in line with expectations
Be a focal point for all stakeholders on a project, and ensure information and resources are applied to projects
Ensuring timelines are kept
Plan, communicate and execute change in operational use for all activities and processes
Other project tasks/involvement to be agreed with Project Director

Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders on different levels
Highly motivated strong individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments
Work collaboratively while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities

Works comfortably with project budgets
Good knowledge of Office 365, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
Ability to quickly understand new topics
Eye for detail and solutions driven
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Experience in a PMO office and/or operations is an advantage
Experience working in the localization industry is an advantage
