The Title Coordinator will manage multiple projects/clients and will be the liaison between internal teams and clients. Title Coordinators will build and maintain strong relationships with our clients while working in tandem with the Business Development Team.

Capabilities & Skills

Communications - Strong and consistent communication skills to build and nurture relationships with Title Managers, Project Managers, and operational leadership as required to assist in meeting our delivery fulfillment deadlines.

Delivery & Operational - Able to provide strong delivery and operational leadership with an eye for detail. Pragmatic in approach and able to solve problems to ensure that deliverables quality, cost, and timing are on or ahead of standards and expectations. Ability to influence others to drive improved outcomes for the business.

Precision in Work Output: Work collaboratively with minimal supervision while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, including customer-specific requirements for each project.

Key Performance Indicators and Metrics

These metrics will be assessed and communicated subsequent to annual goal setting with ACTION STEP by PERCENTAGE or AMOUNT accomplished by WHEN – THESE ARE THE GOALS/RESULTS

1. Accuracy for updating material status, Estimated Delivery date and other relevant information of each client/project

2. Make sure all Redelivery Requests/rejections are taken care on time following the SLA of each client/project

3. Customer Satisfaction

4. Scalability - Learn to manage a new client’s project to increase the team’s scalability

Specific deliverables for the role:

  • Ensure quality of the deliverables by monitoring/managing the process achieving an Error Rate of under 0.1% of total redeliveries (only errors caused by Title Coordinators)

  • Keep an On-time delivery percentage of 98% for all projects

  • Take responsibility for the assigned client projects, and report critical issues to the Global Directors in charge with immediate effect


  • Will ensure completion of project deliveries on schedule with minimal errors according to the specific requirements of each client

  • Will work with regional teams to ensure that the quality of delivery exceeds customer expectations.

  • Will submit to all Operational workflows as prescribed by local leadership and Global Dubbing, Subtitling, and Media Engineering Services leadership.

  • Will ensure communication with regional teams more effectively and clearly to minimize any misunderstanding that could affect our metrics.
