Job Title: Global Bid and Pricing Manager
Location: Europe or Asia (Remote or Office-Based)
Reports to: Director of Pricing
Scope: Global
Role Summary
The Global Bid and Pricing Manager is part of the Sales Strategy Team and collaborates closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Senior Management. The role manages all stages of global RFPs and large-scale bid submissions, including initial analysis, structuring responses, gathering required data, and producing cost analyses.
Additionally, the role supports the Director of Pricing with pricing tools and documentation, rate card analysis, and other pricing-related tasks. The position serves as a key point of contact for RFP and pricing processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
RFP Management
Manage the end-to-end RFP bidding process:
Create RFP timelines with milestones and deadlines
Coordinate kick-off, review, and approval meetings
Gather all required data and supporting materials
Draft responses using up-to-date company data and workflows
Ensure pricing aligns with global cost/price trends
Track progress and resolve any issues
Maintain RFP tracker:
Document key decisions, service types, and win/loss reasons
Measure RFP deadlines met and win/loss rates
Track pricing changes over time
RPF Support Materials
Maintain a central SharePoint repository:
Up-to-date RFPs and proposals for reuse
Key written information (e.g., executive summaries, security and technology responses)
Standard RFP cycle presentation deck (review quarterly)
Pricing & Quoting Tools Administration
Support pricing analysis and projects assigned by the Director of Pricing
Maintain pricing documentation:
Add new or update existing services, when requested
Update FX rates in quoting tools monthly
Communication & Coordination
Act as a primary contact for all RFP and pricing-related inquiries
Coordinate across teams to meet tight deadlines and ensure deliverable quality
Maintain proactive communication with senior leadership and escalate risks promptly
Build strong working relationships across departments
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills; good Excel skills
Ability to interpret RFPs and extract key requirements
Great written English with attention to detail
Able to present decks or explain commercial data clearly
Knowledge of operational workflows and/or commercial experience is a plus
Interpersonal Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Capable of working independently while coordinating with various stakeholders
Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Culturally aware and adaptable in global team environments
