Operations Manager (Dubbing and Localization)

The Operations Manager will manage operational cost and budgeting, based on internal process and client requirements

·       Act as client advocate within IYUNO.

·       Coach and guide the Project Managers team to fulfill client expectations in each project, answering questions, assisting with client management, interdepartmental communications, and problem solving.

·       Communicate and coordinate activities for new and ongoing projects with the Dubbing Production department, technical team, management, and clients to ensure that delivery requirements and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters as dictated by client.

·       Pricing, quoting, and billing client orders.

·       Lead customer‐service initiatives and other management initiatives, including meeting and entertaining clients on a regular basis.

·       Audit systems for data accuracy

·       Oversees project management time tracking to avoid overcost

·       Track discrepancies between client orders and work performed.

·       Track project volume and report monthly revenue forecasts.

·       Gather information for Finance department and participate in invoice and billing processes as requested by Finance.

Experience required:

·         Customer service – media, A/V

·         Client facing role / Account representative.

·         Manage Client relationships.

·         Dubbing and localization experience
