Project Coordinator responsible to plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of the projects. Project coordinators may work closely with team management to make sure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other department for support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the timely retrieval and availability of all required materials to support dubbing operations.

  • Manage and maintain a sufficient pool of freelancers to support dubbing script requirements.

  • Plan and coordinate freelancers’ schedules for translation, dubbing, and related activities to ensure smooth workflow execution.

  • Prepare and maintain a monthly work order summary outlining freelancers’ assignments and deliverables.

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Dubbing Team Manager as required.

  • Oversee dubbing script processes to ensure quality standards are met, and provide recommendations for improvements to the Dubbing Team Manager.

  • Support and, where necessary, undertake responsibilities aligned with S.E., S.S.E., and Q.C.E. functions to ensure continuity of operations.


Qualifications

  • Possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferable in similar/related industry

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Korean language proficiency is an advantage.

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suites and experience with project management tools

  • Excellent skills in time management, communication, critical-thinking, organization, problem solving and attention to details

  • Active, positive, self-disciplined, self-motivated and hard-working attitudes

  • Able to adapt to face pace environment
