Role Description
The Dubbing Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project teams manage resources and information and assist with scheduling and planning meetings and project activities. The Project Coordinator includes roles that require expertise in a specific area, such as quality checking and vendor management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Communicates with internal script editor and audio engineer and freelance dubbing directors, scriptwriters, and voice talents regarding deadlines and output quality;
Coordinates with dubbing directors regarding voice talent schedules;
Establishes priorities for specific production tasks to make sure they adhere to production schedules;
Estimates worker hour requirements to ensure assignments are finished on time and adjust work procedures to meet production schedules;
Confers with department supervisors to determine the progress of work and to provide information on changes affecting efficiency and quality of production;
Analyzes and recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product, if needed;
Coordinates with freelancers with regards to project assignments and provides feedback;
Observes compliance to defined company policies, procedures, guidelines and drives continuous improvement; and
Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Education: | Bachelor's/College Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Education, Linguistics, Mass Communications, or its equivalent. |
Work Experience: | 2 to 3 years’ experience in a related field |
Skills and Other Qualifications: | ● Fluent in English both in written and spoken ● Highly analytical and meticulous ● High attention to details ● Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision |
Other Condition: | Amenable to work in shifting schedule |
Salary Range: PHP 288,000/year - PHP 324,000/year
