The Title Coordinator is responsible for organising and controlling project activities

  • Ensure quality of the deliverables by monitoring the lifecycle of a project.

  • Coordinate information and assets for teams.

  • Professional client interaction when confirming orders and delivery dates externally.

  • Take responsibility on the assigned client projects, and report critical issues to the Client Managers and Global Directors in charge with immediate effect.

  • Perform order entries based on client requests and ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

  • Maintain accuracy for updating material status, estimated delivery date and other relevant information of each client/project.

  • Make sure all redelivery requests/rejections are taken care of on time following the SLA of each client/project.

  • Learn to manage a new client’s project or an additional workflow to increase the team’s scalability.

  • Abide by security policies and protect information and assets entrusted to you.

  • Perform simple file research.

Capabilities and Skills

  • Minimum 6 months experience of database management..

  • Experience dealing with customers and/or clients in a manner that consistently establishes and builds trust in the relationship.

  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

  • Interest in Media and Entertainment industries
