Iyuno Visits U.K. Universities to Educate Students on Career Opportunities in Audio Description

Iyuno recently emphasized its commitment to growing and diversifying its talent pool during visits to the Manchester Metropolitan University, the University of Essex and the University of Leeds. Shak Yousaf, Iyuno’s Audio Description Manager, introduced students to the world of Audio Description (AD) and spoke about career opportunities.

“It’s important that we provide insights on the skills a person may need to pursue a career in Audio Description and use examples like a script writer or voice actor so it really brings these opportunities to life in students’ minds,” said Shak Yousef, Audio Description Manager, Iyuno. “It’s exciting to work with these universities and share advice with students on how to approach localization employers based on my personal journey in the industry.”
